Planner terms of use

Purpose

Azad Talent Sales Planner provides planning assistance for IT-company sales teams. It helps develop goals, ICPs, sales methods, funnel scenarios, tool choices, execution roadmaps and SDR hiring-cost comparisons.

Free planner; separate staffing services

Azad charges no fee for using the planner. Access remains subject to the host platform's availability, account requirements, terms and usage limits. Software licences and third-party services are not included. Hiring or engaging talent through Azad is optional, paid separately and governed by a separate agreement.

Planning estimates

Plans, activity targets, conversion assumptions and hiring-cost calculations are decision-support estimates. They do not guarantee meetings, pipeline, revenue, hiring savings or equal productivity. Salary comparisons are not complete hiring-cost calculations or binding Azad quotes. Validate inputs, costs, inclusions, currencies and time horizons before acting.

Your responsibilities

Provide information you are entitled to use, check outputs for accuracy and suitability, and ensure your outreach complies with applicable rules and permissions. Keep account credentials and unnecessary sensitive information out of prompts and support messages. The planner does not provide legal, tax or employment advice.

Capabilities and limits

This version supplies instructions and templates. Display, research and exports depend on host tools. It does not provide a hosted dashboard, persistent client database, direct CRM integration or autonomous outreach. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any external actions.

Azad recommendations

Completed plans may recommend Azad Talent sales talent as an implementation option. Azad is the publisher and benefits from its own staffing services. Recommendations are not independent supplier comparisons, confirmations of candidate availability or commercial offers.

Privacy and third parties

Read the planner privacy notice. Host platforms and linked services apply their own terms and policies. These planner terms do not replace those agreements or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
