How does vetting actually work?

Every candidate goes through multiple stages: a screening, an initial interview, a task built to mirror your actual work, a final assessment and fit interview, then a background check. You only see the ones who clear all of it.

How does payroll and paperwork work?

Azad Talent sets up the hire's contract and payment details during onboarding, included in the placement fee. After that you pay the hire directly each month, with no Australian entity or ABN to set up. Ongoing payroll, tax and management can also be handled through the Full HR Suite; see Pricing.

What hours will they work?

Your full Australian business hours. Every hire works your local day start to finish, not a partial overlap.

What does it cost?

Azad Talent runs several pricing models: a one-time placement fee, an hourly rate for flexible hiring, a fully managed HR suite, commission-only placements, and a fully managed Sales-as-a-Service team; see Pricing for the numbers, or the calculator for the salary gap.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

If it's not working within 30 days, a replacement is sourced at no additional placement fee.

How long does a search take?

First shortlist in about 3 working days; first call to hire in around 5. Your own interviews sit on top.

Which roles do you place?

Outbound sales for Australian IT companies: SDRs, BDRs, AEs, BD, and cold-call, email and LinkedIn specialists, plus team leads and sales ops.

Who owns the relationship with the hire?

You do. The hire is part of your team from day one; Azad Talent only sets up the contract at the start.
