Publisher and scope

This privacy notice covers Azad Talent Sales Planner, published by FARAZ IMRAN for Azad Talent. Contact info@azadtalent.com for privacy questions. It explains the plugin itself and information you voluntarily send to Azad about it.

Data the plugin receives and stores

Azad does not automatically receive planner conversations, uploaded files, company inputs or generated plans. This version consists of instructions and templates running in ChatGPT or Codex. It has no Azad-hosted API or database, CRM connection, automatic lead capture, analytics collection or background transmission of chat data to Azad.

Inputs may include your business offer, target market, sales goal, staffing capacity, tools, budget and sales results. These are used by the host to generate your requested plan. Azad does not store a copy through the plugin. The self-contained dashboard template calculates scenarios in the displayed page and has no automatic submission to Azad. If you save or share an output file, you control where it goes.

Host-platform processing

OpenAI handles your prompts, files, generated responses and chat storage under its own policies and your account or workspace settings. Azad cannot access or delete those host-held records. Use the host's data controls and support for conversation history, retention or deletion requests. Any research tools or connectors you authorise operate under their own permissions and policies.

Data you voluntarily send to Azad

If you contact support, share a plan with Azad, submit a website enquiry or book a call, Azad may receive your name, email address, telephone number, company name, role, enquiry content, scheduling details, and the plan or files you choose to provide. Azad uses this information to answer the enquiry, troubleshoot the planner and discuss staffing only when you request it. Do not send passwords, API keys, government identification, payment-card details, health information or unnecessary personal data.

Who receives information

Information sent directly to Azad is available to the people handling your enquiry and relevant service providers supporting email, scheduling, enquiry forms and document storage. A Calendly booking is processed by Calendly; a website enquiry is forwarded through the website's form provider. Information may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where required or authorised by law. Azad does not sell personal information or disclose it for unrelated third-party marketing.

Website hosting and standard server processing are separate from the plugin. Azad's general privacy policy describes website analytics, service providers and overseas processing. Providers may process information outside Australia, including the United States and European Union, as described there.

Retention timelines

Planner chats and inputs: Azad retains no copy automatically through this plugin. Host-platform retention depends on the platform and your account settings.

Voluntary support or enquiry records: Azad keeps them only as long as needed for the enquiry, relevant follow-up and applicable record-keeping requirements. There is no fixed support-record expiry stated in Azad's general policy. You can request deletion when the information is no longer required.

Separate client engagements and transactions: if you later engage Azad for staffing, client and transaction records are retained for the engagement plus applicable business and tax record-keeping periods, generally up to seven years under Azad's general policy. This is separate from using the planner.

Your controls and requests

You choose what to enter, upload, save and voluntarily share. You can use the planner without contacting Azad or purchasing staffing. For information held by Azad, email info@azadtalent.com to request access, correction or deletion where it is not required to be retained, or raise a concern. Azad's general policy provides for requests to be answered within a reasonable time. Use OpenAI's controls for host-held chat data. Following an external link does not automatically transmit your plan to Azad.
