Commitment
Azad Talent provides recruitment and placement services connecting Australian IT companies with remote outbound sales talent. Azad Talent respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This policy applies to visitors to azadtalent.com, prospective and current clients, and candidates who engage with Azad Talent. By using the website or services, you agree to the handling of your information as described here.
What is personal information?
Personal information is any information or opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. Here that typically includes names, contact details, employment history, and the content of your communications with Azad Talent. Some information that is not personal on its own is also collected, such as IP addresses, browser type, and aggregated usage statistics.
Information collected
From clients
- Name, business email, phone number, company name, and role.
- Details of the role you are hiring for and how your outbound team works.
- Communications with Azad Talent, including email, call notes, and scheduling data.
From candidates
- Name, contact details, location, work history, and right-to-work information.
- CV, portfolio, assessment results, interview notes, and references.
- Information needed to set up the contract and payment details for a placement, such as bank or payment details and identity details.
Automatically, when you visit the website
- Aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics about page visits, referrers, and which links and buttons are clicked. Advertising trackers are not used and no visitor profiles are built.
- Standard server and device information such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed.
Why this information is collected and used
- To source, screen, and match candidates to client roles, and to run the placement process.
- To respond to your enquiries, quotes, and support requests.
- To set up the contract and payment details for a placement.
- To send service updates and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing.
- To improve the website and services.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
If you choose not to provide information needed for a placement, the service may not be available.
Cookies and third-party tools
This website uses a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Analytics (GoatCounter). A privacy-first analytics tool that does not set cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track visitors across sites.
- Calendly. Used for booking calls. If you schedule a call, Calendly collects the details you enter.
- FormSubmit. Handles the "start a search" form. When you submit it, FormSubmit forwards your details to Azad Talent by email.
- Google Fonts. Fonts load from Google's servers, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies should not affect the core content of this site, but embedded tools such as Calendly may not work.
When your information is disclosed
Personal information is disclosed only as needed to deliver the services:
- Candidate profiles are shared with the relevant client for a specific role, with the candidate's knowledge.
- Contract and payment details are shared with any provider used to set up the hire's contract or payments.
- Trusted service providers that support the business, such as email, scheduling, form, and document-storage providers, acting on instruction.
- Authorities or advisers where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
Personal information is never sold, and never disclosed for unrelated third-party marketing.
Overseas storage and transfers
Some of the providers relied on store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this happens, reasonable steps are taken to ensure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, and providers with recognised data-protection safeguards are chosen.
Marketing and opting out
Any marketing email is sent on an opt-in basis and includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing info@azadtalent.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages about a live search or placement.
How your information is stored and protected
Information is held in secure digital systems and, where relevant, controlled physical records. Measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access are used. No system is completely secure, but these practices are reviewed regularly.
Personal information is kept only as long as it is needed. Candidate records are kept while they remain relevant to current or future opportunities and are deleted or de-identified on request. Client and transaction records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period business and tax records must be retained, generally up to seven years.
Accessing and correcting your information
- You can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you.
- You can ask for information that is inaccurate or out of date to be corrected.
- You can ask for information to be deleted where it is not required to be kept.
Requests are answered within a reasonable time. There is no charge to make a request, though a reasonable amount may be charged for the cost of providing access in some cases.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and any change takes effect when it is posted. Please review it periodically.
